Customizable heavy duty polyethylene bags for Cold Mix Asphalt (Cold Patch)
Cantat Associates Inc. offers Cold Patch producers high quality and fully customizable plastic bags, based on their personal and market requirements. The bags have been developed based on our deep understanding of the packaging requirements, designed to maximize shelf life without allowing the asphalt mix to conglomerate, maintaining high workability for 25+ years in a wide range of storage temperatures.
Our side weld bags are available in a wide variety of sizes and capacities – 22.7 kg (50 lb), 25 kg, 30 kg, etc.
Single polyethylene layer thickness – 152 µm (6 mil)
Polyethylene film structure: coextrusion with diagonally oriented fibers forming film reinforcement (for increased strength).
Laminated inner layer – black color, outer layer – white color.
Anti-scratch surface.
Print on both sides of the bag. Number of print colors – based on customer requirements.
